The CLP-875 features 88-key Linear Graded Hammers, with each key having its own weight and return, making the keyboard as a whole feel just like a grand piano. The instrument also features a GP Response Damper for a grand piano-like damper pedal feel. These features help instill a sense of accurate key touch and pedaling.
Yamaha’s Grand Acoustic Imaging acoustic technology for digital pianos reproduces the sound image of a grand piano. The Grand Acoustic Imaging on the CLP-875 lets the sound expand throughout your playing space, creating a natural stereo sonic presence that feels just like the sound is resonating from the soundboard of a grand piano.
The touch sensor control panel only displays text when it is on—when the panel is off, it has the smooth finish of a keyblock.
